Adam Hung
I’m Adam Hung, from Irvine, California, and I’m currently studying Robotics at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. I currently work in the Evolution and Motion of Biology and Robotics Lab, where I work on a variety of robotics projects including designing novel robots and exploring their possible gaits, and evaluating motor metrics for QDD actuators. I am also very interested in the intersection of machine learning and robotics, and using machine learning to solve problems in the physical world. This summer, I will be working at the Bot Intelligence Group-BIG under Professor Jean Oh on utilizing the compliance of deformable robots to learn dexterous and delicate manipulation tasks. I’m very grateful to Professor Oh and the RISS organizers for this opportunity, and I’m excited to see everyone’s research this summer.
