Jim James

Jim is a rising senior at Georgia Tech majoring in computer science. His research interests lie in computer vision, computational photography, and theory. This summer, Jim will be researching dense depth estimation from programmable light curtains with the Imaging and Illumination Lab under Dr. Narasimhan. After his undergraduate degree, Jim plans to pursue a PhD in machine learning. He’s thankful for the opportunity and support provided by the RISS organizers, his mentors, and the rest of his cohort. He’s looking forward to a great summer!
