Krishna is a sophomore at Olin College of Engineering studying computational robotics. He is passionate about robotics and is interested in both the mechanical/electrical and computational domains. At Olin, he is researching the connections between graph signal processing and the many graph structures present in visual navigation as well as exploring soft continuum arm modeling through reinforcement learning. After graduation, he hopes to pursue a Ph.D. in Robotics, though he is currently still drawn to a broad range of topics from optimal control to visual navigation. This summer, Krishna will be working with Dr. Micah Corah and Dr. Sebastian Scherer as a part of the AirLab on the multi-drone reconstruction project. He will be helping build the view planning optimization stack into the real-time planner as well as integrating collision avoidance constraints to the high-level planner. Krishna is grateful for the opportunity to grow as a part of RISS and is excited to meet everyone!
