Michał Wiliński
Hi, my name is Michał, and I am from Poznań, Poland. I am a third-year Artificial Intelligence student at Poznan University of Technology, currently working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Institute of Computer Science. My research focuses on Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Neurosymbolic Systems. Additionally, I am involved with the Institute of Robotics and Machine Intelligence at PUT, contributing to industry projects on autonomy and exploring deep learning methods for haptic localization and high-altitude aerial imagery. I am also an active member of GHOST, the Group of Horribly Optimistic Statisticians, a machine learning-focused science club that has been instrumental in my development. This summer, I will be working on interrogation techniques for foundation models for time series at the Auton Lab, under the guidance of Prof. Artur Dubrawski, Dr. Chi-En Teh, and Mononito Goswami. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my mentors, Rachel Burcin, Prof. John Dolan, and everyone involved in making the RISS program possible for this incredible opportunity.
